Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a prepaid shipping label and return authorization.

  Pack with Care

  Place the unwashed, unused Love Blanket back into its original packaging to ensure it stays protected during transit.

• 3.
  Drop Off the Package

  Attach the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
